When choosing a mattress or bed system, you rely on the sensation you experience in just a few minutes.
But what really matters is what's inside : the materials, the workmanship, the certifications.

In this article we explain how we work , what materials we use, and above all why we chose them .

1. Memory Foam: Not all are created equal

Memory foam is known for its ability to conform to the body. But there are dozens of different types : some make you sweat, others break down in a few months.

We use high density (minimum 50-60 kg/m³) open cell memory foam, which is more breathable and long-lasting.

• Responds to body heat , shaping itself to your needs

• Reduces pressure points , especially on the shoulders and hips

• It distributes weight evenly , ideal for those with lower back or neck pain

💡 Our Memory is made in Italy, free from toxic substances, and Oeko-Tex® certified .

2. Certified raw materials: why we care (and you should too)

It is not enough for a product to be comfortable: it must also be safe and healthy .
Here are some of the certifications we comply with:

• 🧪 Oeko-Tex® Standard 100 certification : guarantees the absence of substances harmful to the skin and health

• 🌱 Environmental certifications on polyurethanes : we use foams produced with low-emission standards and materials with a reduced environmental impact

• 🇪🇺 European (and Italian) production : from foaming to sewing, everything is traceable

📌 Sometimes, behind excessively low prices, there are hidden untraceable imported foams , with toxic glues or recycled materials. We don't compromise on this.

3. Italian production: not only for pride, but for control and transparency

All our mattresses, pillows, bed bases and padding are produced and assembled in Italy .

Why?

• Because we can verify every batch , every seam, every single layer

• Because we work with specialized Italian artisans and companies

• Because an Italian product is easier to guarantee , simpler to repair or replace

• Because we believe that local quality is a real value , not just a label

👀 Not just mattresses: armchairs, sofas, bed bases, and storage beds are also made with Italian materials and certified workmanship.

4. Technical fabrics, washable and designed to last (and breathe)

A great mattress can become a problem if the cover is wrong .
For this reason we only use fabrics:

• Removable and machine washable

• Breathable with Dry-Tech or AirFlow technology

• Hypoallergenic , anti-mite and certified for prolonged contact with the skin

• In many cases: with natural treatments using aloe vera or activated carbon

📦 We also offer fireproof and antibacterial coatings for specific needs.

5. The value that remains: materials designed to last over time

Real savings aren't about buying cheap.
It's buying a product that lasts 8, 10, 12 years , without losing its characteristics.

Our materials are selected for:

• Elastic stability over time (foams that do not sag)

• Resistance to humidity and heat

• Post-consumer sustainability : some lines are entirely recyclable
